Guitar Solo Part 2

This is part 2 of our lesson and in this guitar solo we are looking at adding bends. If you are beginner this part could be a little tricky because we are going to bend a note and quickly play another note after it.

In part 1 we finished on the 14th fret of the 4th string, in part two will start at that point.

Part 2 - Step by Step
1. Your 1st finger should be hovering above fret 12 of string 3, your 3rd finger should be on fret 14 of string four, pick the string.

2. Immediately press down on fret 12 with your 1st finger, pick the string and move your 3rd finger down to string three.

3. With your 3rd finger, press down on fret 14 of string three, pick and bend the string a half note.
During step 3 move your 1st finger down to string two.

4. Press down on fret 12 of the second string with your 1st finger and pick string two, while you do this release the bend you performed in step 3.

5. Press down on fret 14 of the third string with your 3rd finger and pick the string, move your 1st finger to string three.

6. Press down on fret 12 of the third string with your 1st finger and pick the string, move your 3rd finger to string four.

7. Press down on fret 14 of the fourth string with your 3rd finger and pick the string.

8. Press down on fret 12 of the third string with your 1st finger and pick the string.
