How to play Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here Intro
Wish You Were Here A classic Pink Floyd song from the album Wish You Were Here. Overall, this song is fairly easy, I listed it as an intermediate song since it require some creative hand technique.I've broken down the Intro into two parts, for the most part they are very similar, it's just a small change in part 2. By the way, most of this song is played on a 12 string guitar, but it still sounds good with a 6 string guitar.

The easiest way to play this is to simply place your fingers in a G chord position with a couple of differences. One difference, your 1st finger is used as the hammer on so it's not played as you normally would. The other difference is we add our 3rd finger to the third fret of the second string. Important Notes: It's a bit tricky to identify how many of the 0-3-3 chords are being played, so listen carefully to the song to get the timing. Also note, there are few addition 0-3-3 chords between part one and part two. |

This is just like part one, except between the chords is a different descent of 2-0 on the 4th and 5th string. Again, listen to the song to get the timing on the 0-3-3 chords. |
